IT WAS A QUIET INSURRECTION
The established oligarchy has a stranglehold on our representative republic government and is choking the life out of our inalienable rights

It was a quiet insurrection that took place. It was so quiet most people never noticed the change, there were no protestors, there were no buildings burning nor flags waving. While one man claimed he would “fundamentally change” America, that was the final phase of the insurrection against our Constitutional Republic.
Perhaps you’re wondering what exactly am I talking about? I cover this topic in my book, “The American Crisis Continues,” chapter title, “The Insurrection, A Civil War,” page 39. You see, America, we have been duped for over a century by many of those we elected and trusted to keep and to guard our Liberty. The government, which was designed to be a representative government (consent of the governed), is now a bureaucratic oligarchy.
Nobody heard the Republic fall, but it fell and ripped away our freedom and sovereignty and took away our Liberty. When the elected government officials decided to grow our government and establish it as an oligarchy of powers, instead of the powers being separated, the checks and balances of Constitutionality in our laws began to disappear. When the elected officials decided government needed to be larger and provide more to the people, it cost the people a great deal of their money, time and freedom.
We call it a deep state, and it is deeply embedded, but it is an establishment created by our own elected officials. Departments were created for every imaginable “need” as well as many unimaginable ones. Oh, they assured us this was necessary, and government would be more efficient (there’s an oxymoron for you, efficient government) and provide more for the people.
We must know this:
“Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.” William Pitt Earl of Chatham - Speech in the House of Commons - November 18, 1783
The bureaucracy within our established government has grown so large that departments have departments… “efficiency?”
The established oligarchy has a stranglehold on our representative republic government and is choking the life out of our inalienable rights.
The legislature writes so many bills and laws that there is no possible way for Americans to know what is what, and if and when we are “breaking a law.” Because of their ability to twist words and mold the laws for their own purpose, America and the world have watched as Biden and his Democrat Party run one attack after another against President Donald John Trump.
What they did to him while he was president, and what they are doing to him now, is unlawful and unconstitutional, yet they get away with it. Remember there were many republicans running interference for the Democrats during both impeachments of President Trump, and there were republicans sitting on the fake January 6 committee that set it all up, in order to “crucify” President Trump.
I read this morning that lawmakers plan to introduce a bipartisan bill to tackle the “weaponized” federal criminal code. They named their bill, “Count the Crimes to Cut Act of 2024.” The bill would require the Attorney General, in cooperation with the agency heads, to produce a full report of all federal criminal statutes and federal regulations containing criminal penalties. (stay with me now) The bill would also ensure that each offense provide the following details: the elements of each offense; the potential penalties for each offense; the number of prosecutions brought in the last 15 years for each offense; and the intentionality standard needed to prove guilt for each offense. (breath…)
According to The Heritage Foundation, “The growth of federal crimes continues unabated. The increase of 452 new crimes between 2000 and 2007 averaged 56.5 crimes per year, which is roughly the same rate at which Congress created new crimes in the 1980s and 1990s. So, for the past 25 years, a period over which the growth of the federal criminal law has come under increasing scrutiny, Congress has been creating over 500 new crimes per decade. That pace is not steady from year to year, however; the data indicates that Congress creates more criminal offenses in election years.”
The “Count the Crimes to Cut Act of 2024” was co-sponsored by Maryland Rep. David Trone (D), and Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs (R).
Texas Rep. Chip Roy (R), introduced the bill last Friday, saying that it would mandate the counting of the number of federal crimes on the books, as nobody knows the exact number of federal crimes that exist. “People cannot live free when government buries them under incomprehensible and never-ending criminal laws. Almost any adult in this country could be indicted for some kind of infraction at any given time, whether or not they were even aware they were in violation. This needs to change; getting a proper inventory is a necessary first step to fixing this problem,” Roy told “The Daily Caller.”
Perhaps this is a good “first step” but it seems to me it’s just more legislative-bureaucratic-mumbo-jumbo.
A criminal broke the law; let’s pass a law which states it is against the law to break the first law.
The multitude of laws is the confusion of government. The growing of such dictatorial government is not a part of our Constitutional Republic, but is characteristic with their oligarchy of power over the people.
While the Legislative Branch has the responsibility of making laws, is there never an end to laws that are “needed?” They like to tell us “government is complicated,” which is true of their established oligarchy. Our Constitutional Republic is not complicated; simplicity was its beauty. The enlarging and broadening of government was not meant to be a perfection of our Constitution. Instead, their broadening of their power was always an intentional insurrection of our Constitutional Republic; denying the “consent of the governed” and replacing it with a “swarm of laws and officers” to “eat out our substance!”
Grievance #10 of The Declaration of Independence
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
Because of the tyranny our Founding Fathers endured, they established our Republic in such a way that We the People were to be governed locally. Our Constitutional Republic was never to be a dictator from D.C. governing down at the people.
Each of the departments of oligarchy develop their own (unconstitutionally) required mandates, regulations, fines, permits, licenses and so forth. Laws established not by legislatures but by unelected bureaucrats. (taxation without representation)
Establishing more laws to “categorize” the old laws does nothing, in my opinion, but cause more bureaucracy and confusion. The “Count the Crimes to Cut Act of 2024,” does not make government smaller, it does not eliminate any unnecessary laws. If I’m understanding it correctly, it is only there to “define” those too-many-to-count-federal laws.
The quiet insurrection was the diminishing of local government and the growing of federal government. When a centralized government grows puffed up, freedom for We the People deflates.
I am not impressed when our D.C. Congress writes another bill or act, or one of their committees writes another letter to whomever. When they start saying, lets “downsize” – then I’ll be impressed and then We the People will have hope of restoring our Republic!
It might have been a quiet insurrection, but it screams loudly of tyranny!
