There’s A Great Disturbance In The Force

Something Brady Leonard wrote brought a lot to mind. He started his article, The death of the #Resistance:
“For nearly eight years, liberal politicians, journalists, and commentators have awoken in a cold sweat every morning. Like Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, leftists feel a great disturbance in the Force, as if something terrible has happened, at the mere reminder that President-elect Donald Trump exists. Of course, the 45th and soon-to-be 47th president never destroyed a planet with a moon-sized space station, but our friends on the Left have been trained by corporate media to react to benign, even positive developments such as tax cuts, deregulation, or deporting criminal illegal immigrants the same way they would react to Darth Donald giving “Governor” Justin Trudeau’s Canada the Alderaan treatment.”
I was unable to read his article in its entirety, as the once free news service now demands a paid subscription, and “Hey, times are tight!” However, that first paragraph was cleverly worded and “got me to thinkin’.”
If you’re familiar with the Star Wars movies you can relate to his words, however Darth Vader was the villain, and he too “felt a great disturbance in the Force.” Vader was willing to kill and destroy in order to have control, it was more than a globalist agenda, it was a multi universe agenda.
Since Donald Trump escalated his way into the political arena and announced he was going to run for President in 2015, the democrats, RINOs, their media and globalists around the world have been in a panic. They felt a great disturbance in the political force, and knew their power was about to end, and their corruption and crimes were about to be exposed.
For over 100 years our United States Government has been running amok; making laws and decisions that are unconstitutional. I suppose we could say they went to the dark side.
While Americans elect congressional members to represent us, we are literally being held hostage to bureaucrats. This is not without Congress’s approval. They’ve established, and continue to establish bureaucratic departments to control Americans, our land, our food, our homes, our air, our water, our livelihoods, our education, our communities, our families, our faith, and our security. Puffed-up with power these bureaucratic departments are making laws through regulations, mandates, permits and by demanding licenses, fees and fines. Because We the People did not elect them, or have a vote in such bureaucracy, their actions are literally “taxation without representation.” This is not so different from the tenth grievance of the Declaration of Independence: He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.
Do you feel harassed? Do you feel, many days, exasperated, financially expended and exhausted by all the bureaucratic red tape and demands?
That, my dear patriots, is the deep state bureaucracy that has consumed our Constitutional Republic. The alphabet bureaucracy established by the Legislative and Executive branches of government has ignored the Constitution and seek not to govern but to control. They enrich themselves! Think about this one thing; Americans with cars are forced (by law) to have insurance. Insurance companies lobby Congress and Congress passes a law… insurance companies invest in campaigns and make great profits from We the People, who are forced to buy their product. That is just a simple example. Their practices are a win-win for congressional members, lobbyists, lawyers and the mega corporations; We the People become subjugated to whatever law, bill or act they pass. While I would like to blame democrats, and while they are quite guilty, they do not stand alone; republicans have assisted.
We do need a few regulatory departments but not to the extent that we have now. I am curiously looking forward to seeing just exactly what “the force” of DOGE will do to “downsize” the deep state bureaucracy in America. If they are serious and if they are aggressive, the LEFT will definitely feel a great disturbance in the force and Americans will feel a great relief!
Just like Luke Skywalker, We the People must realize we have the power within us to fight this bureaucratic force of government and restore our Constitution. Consent of the Governed is a phrase within our Declaration of Independence. (Oh how I love that document!)
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…
We not only have the power; we are the force that should be driving and controlling those in elected positions. Unfortunately, the elected discovered ways of getting rich and We the People somehow were convinced that we cannot beat city hall. This is not true! According to the Declaration of Independence, We the People ARE city hall.
President Trump created a great disturbance in the “force.” He grew popular because he was saying what We the People were thinking! We must be his strength in the political arena. He has only four years to accomplish that which we have elected him to do, and already the LEFT (the dark side) is vowing to disrupt and obstruct. The bureaucrats are vowing to do all they can to keep him from accomplishing his (our) goals.
Without We the People paying attention and knowing our rights and our place as a Republic, staying familiar with our Constitution, which is a contract between We the People and our hired-elected officials, government does run amok and becomes totalitarian. As George Washington stated, “Government is not reason; it is not eloquence. It is force. And force, like fire, is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”
The “great disturbance in the force” coming from the LEFT has a globalist agenda! They no longer believe in America, but in a “New World Order,” which removes and denies individual rights and national sovereignty. Their objective is a global totalitarian government. They have disdain for the Constitution and contempt for We the People; “Consent of the Governed.” As they continue to force and promote laws and ideals contrary to our governing documents, they are nothing less than Tyrannical Terrorists Against The Constitution. They are orchestrating a force to subdue America and remove Liberty.
But there is a greater force that is stronger than them; We the People… and they know it!
The Star Wars movies display the typical battles of good over evil. I believe that is where we are today in America. Forgetting that We the People (all people) are “endowed by our creator,” we allowed evil and damaging policies to take place. Busy trying to survive life and enjoy our families, we failed to pay attention, and when we weren’t looking, our government officials discovered corrupt ways to profit, while leaving Americans behind.
There is an evil force and there is a good force; and “good” usually wins the day!
As I mentioned earlier, We the People are the force that those on the LEFT (the dark side) fear the most.
America will soon start afresh with a new President. If we want him to be successful in restoring our Constitutional Republic, we must have his back and stay engaged and informed. President Trump has only four years to turn our nation around and aim us in the direction of Liberty!
There is always a battle between good and evil. Thomas Paine wrote, “The American Crisis,” and I recently wrote, “The American Crisis Continues.” Americans must always realize that evil hates good and evil seeks to destroy.
On January 20, 2025, America will begin its journey back to commonsense, independence, Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Under Barrack Obama and Joe Biden, America has been under a dark veil of division, corruption and slavery. As President Trump restores our Constitutional Republic, America will once again take its rightful place as that Shining City on a Hill.
The Dark Side will lose, and America will win, and Americans are never tired of winning!
